A brother (some of you know Ben) shared this verse with me a few days ago:
"Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;" Romans 3:25
It's encouraging that the Lord's righteousness covers past sins! They can be remitted-- they can be "past"...

It's good to see you posting again.
It is so wonderful to know that God has forgiven our past sins if we are saved...I got saved when I was twelve, and one would suppose that a twelve year old girl who lived in a Christian home wouldn't have much to repent of, but in truth I did. I am so glad He has forgiven me! :) Great verse, thanks for the post.

Excellent verse! It is such a verse as this that shows you how much power the Blood of Christ really has.
